I dig into this a bit guys and i can tell the picture is real, it is Jana, check the shape of the nose and the eyes and her skin moles, also don't forget that when she does photoshoots she has lots of makeup plus they retouch the photos afterward, but the breast reduction is just a scam i believe. She might very well got married, nothing wrong with that (hey what normal guy wouldn't want to marry her 
) and as she get older she might have lost some weight. I tried to enhance the picture in the middle so we can see a bit clearer.

This is my favourite set as well. The reason is the kind of highheels she wears in this set. Unfortunately in most pix the feet are not visible so neither the highheels are. Maybe the photographer was too much focused on her tits?
However the combination of her killerbody with these dreamtits combined with her long legs in these highheels made my day for several times, if you know what i mean ;-)

In any case, fans need to accept the end of her modeling career. In this context, her current breast size doesn't matter anymore.
I'll never stop hoping she'll come back though I know she won't. Shes been my favorite and likely always will be. Out of everyone in the skin business, for me she stands alone.
Even if she comes back in the future at the age of 70 years?
