Man's Best Friend

Dogs... and kitties too.

I've raised Akitas and adopted many homeless kitties in my life. They all lived, laid around and played around together getting along really well always providing me companionship and entertainment.

For the EMPEROR!!
When you get home after work, or being out for a while, and your dog goes ape-shit and nearly pisses itself from joy that you're back, you know who your best bud is.
There's no feeling like it.

Too bad the misses never greets me like that. (I even get a better greeting from the cat)

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
Any animal...if you love it, it will love you back, unconditionally. Your looks don't matter, or your bank account, it doesn't care about anything, but your happiness, and loving you, as much as you love it. I have 2 cats, and one of them acts almost like a dog...even got him to play fetch for about 4 throws, then he realized he was a cat, and cat's don't do that.

I have always been a cat owner, but have taken care of friends dogs while they vacation, and the only downside to a dog, is the small extra costs when it comes to vet bills. Unconventional pets aren't really my style, but I guess a snake or lizard can be cuddly.

And she could do that all day long:

It's a good thing Jack Russells are as small as they are; the world wouldn't be able to handle them if they were any bigger. They have enough energy to power the sun.

I won't even watch that video. It just hurts me too much to actually eye-witness abused animals.

My cat, as I mentioned lsewhere here before, is a handicapped one, and was very reluctant to let me even touch her. It was on a special night when she finally came by and showed she would like to be pettd - the night of the first bombing - the soccer game between France and Germany on November, 13th. She must have sensed my shock and sadness and was there when I needed some comfort.
Now she likes to be around me at all times and enjoys long belly rubs and such.

I personally don't need visual proof of human wrongdoings in that area, but I really love peope who do so much to help animals in pain and abuse.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to animus fox again.

LOL....I have always told my wife that if our Jack Russell (God rest his soul....best dog ever and he lived to be 17 years old!) was the size of a Rottweiler he could rule the world. Smart, fearless and incredibly athletic (and very loving) dogs!

there's a special place in hell for those who abuse animals.

Indeed. If there's not a hell, there sure ought to be for animal abusers. It's the same mentality that abuses women and kids. Cowards and bullies.

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
I've always found that dogs and cats are better people than... well, people.

And likewise, thanks Jagger. Yeah that sums up the Jack Russell.

Well said, Rey. What is that saying? Be the person your dog thinks you are.

You're welcome, Connie. Thanks for stopping by.

So glad I watched this, thank you!
