Back in college, I had a girlfriend who had hers done after high school graduation, and after, her nipples were always mostly hard (meaning there was still some room for improvement from stimulation or excitement, but she always had semi-hard, pokey nipples, which looked really good on her as she almost never wore a bra, but I digress) and seemed to be more sensitive. They are actually EXACTLY the same. If I'm really warm they relax, if i'm cold or turned on they get hard. You can tell in my 2nd Freeones t-shirt set I was relaxed and warm (85 in Tahoe) and my nipples for the most part were fairly soft

Then I went and found a pic from that set to include with my reply. To be honest with you, had I not been paying so much attention to other parts of her wonderful body when I had previously seen that set, I would have noticed that her nipples aren't constantly hard, and wouldn't have needed to ask the question to begin with. But most of the time her nipples are hard, and I was curious if the surgery had affected her nipples like it had my old college girlfriend.
