I saw it. I'm not saying it's fake or that someone's trying to pull one over on Malena's fans, but nothing about the page looked real. But then I really don't know anything about reddit, so...
Let's just say that, in the absence of anything on the page that suggests an interview actually took place, I doubt its authenticity. Seems to me that if it really had been Malena, all the dialogue wouldn't have put into the mouth of username 'videogroove'. What does that even mean? And this is just one thing that elicited doubts for me.
Having said that, I don't think you and I really disagree about anything in this case.
