You can make them in most of the more advanced image editing programs. I make them in Photoshop.

Adobe Fireworks is much easier. That's what I use for mine.

If you don't mind watermarks, gifsoup.com will do it for you. Jasc Animation Shop will do it too.

That gif was made from a poor quality clip but i can make better. Just give me some clips, either from a sample vid or something and i can make it.
