Getting ready for Balck Friday and Cyber Monday shopping. The year just flew by :portal:
 
Thanks guys, already feeling much better today. Black Friday frightens me, I stay far away from that ****. I rock Cyber Monday though! And it's hard to think about Thanksgiving when I'm going to Hawaii shortly after, in 19 days!! So excited, I've had a rough summer and fall in many ways and I need this vacay so badly!

I try to shop for all my Christmas gifts during those two events to get it Done. I usually buy online even on Black Friday to avoid that mess also, unless there is something special I have to get in store or on location.

Hawaii in winter sounds like heaven :angel1:

Hope you have a great trip. I don't do Black Friday but I will do Cyber Monday. Of course there are deals beyond those days that I look out for.

I don't like Black Friday either. I dislike being around the teaming masses of people while shopping under even the most ideal of conditions. :1orglaugh Black Friday is just a nightmare. Shopping for anything during the holidays is no fun either. I dread the times I just have to go get food.

i think we think of other reasons for you to bake cookies. How about Eating Maggie's Cookie Mondays? now you have a reason to make cookies every monday!

The smells that fill up the house from all the backing and cooking during the holidays is one of it's best parts.

Too bad they can't make an air freshener that smells exactly like it.

But Yankee candle has some that really come close, I always burn the Christmas cookie one, it smells like sugar cookies. Heaven!

Oh hell no! Not baking cookies on a weekly basis, I'd eat the fuck out of them and we'd have problems.

I don't know how it was where you were at, but at least one good thing about Thanksgiving here was that it didn't snow at much. It was still about as cold as what you experienced.
