I most notice it around her eyes and (fore)head. Possibly something with her nose and cheeks too, I'm not sure.
I'm not a fan though, she doesn't even look like the same person anymore. That and the new NEW boobjob is just too much for me.

I don't think that any of us here are saying that anything's wrong with plastic surgery (at least I'm not, though I do prefer my girls natural), but she seems to have gone a little overboard. Thankfully it's nowhere near the Heidi Montag level.
