Is Louisa Lanewood really Lacey Layton?

Hey guys... I've just finished reading this new novel about the porn industry, supposedly it's based on a true story. It's called Suitcase Pimp and one of the main characters is called Lacey Layton... sounds a little like Louisa Lanewood, and the character is a Jewish girl-girl star, just like Louisa. Could Louisa Lanewood = Lacey Layton?

At any rate, it was a pretty good read, and a nice change of perspective from the usual porn-centric books out there. Give it a shot. And if any of you guys can confirm whether Lacey is really Louisa, that would be much appreciated...
