She looked a lot like Allie when she was like this. I saw her on a VHS about 15 years ago, but I don't have it anymore. Does anyone have any idea who I could be thinking of?

Damn, it can't be her, iafd says she didn't start until 2000. This video had to have been made between 1990 and 1998.
