We've had a couple of local news babes who became quasi ***********. The first was a striking blonde named Donna Dean. She did the noon weather and sometimes did the weekend news. She was an absolute stunner! Oddly enough, she was sometimes compared to Seka, who was born in the same area that Donna reported in. And there was a strong resemblance. :yummie: It was sad day when Donna left.
A few years later we got this other little cutie named Mel@nie Moon (edit: who knew there was a porn star named Melanie Moon?!). Melanie was All American girl cute, not gorgeous - just extremely cute and very girlish. Then it came out that she had an identical twin ****** named Emily, who worked for a station in a different city. And with that tidbit, Melanie started getting pervy stalkers. When one of them sent her an engagement ring and then went to the station to sweep her off her feet, she decided that it was time to leave this area. She said the ring and other little gifts didn't really bother her - pretty harmless stuff. But the letters that went into great detail about how the guy wanted to capture her, dress her like a princess, keep her as his sex slave and then drown her in a bath tub... that kinda spooked her. Last I heard, she was in St. Louis and her twin was in Memphis (and no, I wasn't one of her stalkers... although I would like my engagement ring back!).
I don't get the local TV news on my sat dish these days, but I don't think there are any local news babes who are anything special now. What the stations seem to be doing these days is hiring pretty sorority girls fresh out of college, who can barely read and can't really do field reporting, and rotating them depending on how the viewers react to them - kinda like Fox News and most of the other national operations.
