Oh, how quickly you forget. I was over that night for the big party. Nobody else showed up. And we sat out in the massive plastic kiddie pool drinking Thunderbird and listening to the raccons fighting.

That is really interesting. It's quite impractical when it rains or snows, but other than that it's probably pretty healthy living (assuming the different units are not full of mold or rust). You got enough exercise (imagine your kitchen is the one on the ground and your bedroom the one on the top ), which is good physically, and you got a change in venue/surroundings and enough fresh air every time you go to another room, which is good psychologically. So, my guess would be that the concept is very good.

I think you're almost right.
I read about this somewhere, and I know it's in Europe, but I think it's the Netherlands, not Sweden. Good guess, though. And it was/is actually a set for some kind of outdoor theatre production. It's not a real trailer park, I'm pretty sure.
Most people would assume it's the U.S., but Europe has some trailer parks, too, here and there...
