Could one of you UK folk explain this BBC article about overtime holiday pay? Either I am very dense today, or I don't understand your versions of overtime, and holiday pay.

Does this mean if anything over 40 hours is overtime, and you work 40 hours, and then receive 8 hours of holiday pay, that holiday pay would be considered overtime?
Also didn't understand the woman who works 28 hours, but gets overtime if she puts in more then that. Here overtime means being paid 1.5 rime your normal rate. If you normaly make 10 an hour, in overtime you make 15 an hour.
