It's from before her retirement. Lisa retired from the industry in December 2014 but she had a bunch of unreleased scenes in the bank that were released throughout 2015 after she stopped filming.
I seriously doubt she will ever come back. She had like a 20 year career and was the top star during the most financially lucrative era. And unlike most girls in porn, Lisa seems to have been pretty smart with her money, investing it in various businesses and side gigs to keep generating income. She does fantasy football analysis full-time now and it seems to be going pretty well for her - she has radio with some other fantasy football personalities on Sirius XM. She doesn't strike me as one of these girls that will go broke and come crawling back
But if she ever came back to the industry, we'd know. First of all it would be in the news, but also she got a breast reduction shortly after her retirement, so if she shot any new scenes in the future it would be immediately obvious that it was new material because her tits would be way smaller.
