Beside the actual meaning, it always seems as if there is a kind of negative stigma that goes with the MILF classification.

Agreed! MILF is like the hottest category out there it's hugely popular, we've never had it so good, I don't see how it's insulting at all.
It really is nice to see we no longer have to lose good pornstars because they turn 30.
