That frat site is just like the old College Fuckfest site, those guys are either part of the website or they sign a release prior to that scene/night, and most likely have performed tests for disease prior to the "frat party". It's all staged so that all the proper/legal/medical procedures are out of the way. These pornstars are not dumb, they know what they have to do before they choose to do a scene/get paid. Of course, I'm not ruling out if they actually do grab some guy, but they still make him sign a release and then they perform with condoms. If you want 'real' stuff, then that's where real amateur video comes in, not that "frat site" link. It's just another one of those "reality" sites. Don't confuse "reality" (staged) with "real" (amateur-shot) sites. And especially if there's a prominent pornstar, then yeah all the legal/proper stuff is done/made aware of, beforehand to all persons (except for the party guests probably).
