I would have to agree with you. I thought she looked good when she was in that movie and since then she has really went downhill. I'm still debating on whether or not to pick up the playboy issue when it comes out.

According to the link that the every lovely Linsay Marie posted, the judge said "No house arrest and no early release", mandatory 5 months community service at the L.A. Morgue when she gets out and she has to regularly attend mental health counseling.
Me thinks she finally pissed off the wrong judge!
Unfortunately the jail situation is determined by the LA Sheriff, not the judge. If they decide to let her go there is nothing the Judge can say about it. Wonderful judicial system huh? With the overcrowding she'll be out soon, the longest I've heard is 6 days. Of course you or I would be on our way to a real prison by then but not a celebrity. As they say its not who you know but who you blow.
So apparently there is still conflicting reports whether Lindsay will be going full blown nude. This is from an article on huffingtonpost.com which was released today (2nd). I guess we'll have to wait and see what she actually does. Although if she's making close to a 1 million for this shoot she'd better be stripping it all off...
