Lia's VIVID Contract was for 6 movies and towards the end of the contract VIVID made some marketing changes which basically ended the VIVID Girls tag. At the time only Lia and A.J Bailey were the contracted girls that were directly affected by this.

I was totally thrilled when Lia signed for vivid and her scenes have been smoking hot,got all her films with them,just wished they`d promoted her a bit more and stuck with her,they have never been one of my fave studios any way,ive never liked all those `celeb` style films they do,especially when they already had someone way hotter in Lia signed up!,idiots!,still i reckon she can make some hot fuck scenes without them,she was a star before vivid and will remain one without them. I dont know if she would shoot for Brazzers,Naughty America etc,or do a her own site with all her material,would love to hear fom her soon and for her to treat us to something!.

I was thrilled to bits too when they announced Lia was doing hardcore for VIVID back in 2009. Man that seems so long ago now.

I don't have a problem with the scenes she shot for them (apart from the missing ones) I think they were pretty well filmed to be honest and came out much better than I had imagined. I still watch them and some stand out scenes are the ones with Jerry and James Deen in particular and Mr Pete too. Although I always got the impression he was desperate to fuck Lia in the arse for some reason. ;) Now that would have been a sight. :D

I agree with the comments by Darrah Ford that they made a mistake with Lia’s first release being a Girl/Girl movie and I read a lot of comments bemoaning that fact. I haven’t returned to many of those Girl/Girl scenes apart from the one with Brynn Tyler as Lia seems to be genuinely turned on in that scene; as opposed to the others the chemistry just wasn't right. To date she hasn’t done a decent Lesbian scene since then but the Molly's Life shower scene made up for it a bit.

This paragraph summed it up for me though:

Steve Hirsch is so consumed with these boring, lame “celebrity” sex tapes that many eventually pirate from the tube sites. Why make those women more famous and more wealthy? Why allow these women to make even more money and get even more fame AND allow them to play victim blaming an ex-boyfriend when it was them that brokered the entire deal? Why allow them to walk away with millions while blaming porn for all their problems? Why allow the rich kids to make even more money when real porn stars never see that kind of money? Why not invest the money in your own contract girls making them into stars instead of these “celebrities” that don’t even know how to have sex on camera?


Either VIVID fucked up or just didn’t care, maybe bit of both but it is obvious they didn’t realise what they had with Lia, or could have had. Such potential wasted but lets hope some other companies approach her soon.

I feel your pain I really do and I am sure most of us want to see something new from Lia. I can’t say too much but I know she has had some personal issues to deal with, and you will understand why she has not done anything new. We just need to be patient and respect her private life at the moment and hopefully things will be Ok for her.

I was aware from reading comments on the Twisty’s forum that she had been scheduled to do a set with them and was going to be shot by Kory Fame who directed her in The Rush . http://forum.twistys.com/boards/index.php

Sadly she decided to cancel the shoot stating she was more interested in doing Films and DVD production type material; in some way we knew this was her focus and are hoping to see her in some movies again soon.

I am getting by and revisiting some old VIVID scenes which seems to have a new lease of life considering the lack of new material. Always a pleasure to see her old scenes with Jerry, Billy Glyde and company and keeps me busy for now. ;)

It's things like this that really piss me off about the Porn industry lately. I am absolutely baffled why Studios aren't bashing down her front door to get her in their movies! I know people have different tastes and opinions but COME ON!!!

Yeah it’s frustrating indeed but you look back at all the postings here that’s all we ever seem to be is frustrated with her porn career. Mostly at VIVID usually for not releasing stuff or taking ages to release the material she did in the past. But now it's worse as I have been assured she is actively seeking work but I have no idea where, when or if it will EVER happen!!:brick:

I didn’t know about the OC Modelling thing either so that doesn’t bode well. :facepalm: Maybe she should sign with LA Direct as most of the girls registered there get regular work it seems.

I hope she does find something because she has me hooked more than any other girl in Porn and that’s really saying something. I purchased all her Vivid DVD’s, I've never done that before for ‘anyone’; not even Jenna Jameson and I was bonkers about Jenna way back in the 90’s.

I am assured she is open to doing more Hardcore scenes but until then we just have to wait. It's also a real shame she doesn’t post messages here even if to say Hi to all her fans and keep us updated.
