I know it’s a bit belated but thanks for this update on Lia’s career for us T-bone it is much appreciated. Also I am very happy to hear that Lia will be performing more Hardcore too despite no longer having a VIVID contract. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with and it does sound very promising and exciting.
I have a few ideas of what she could do next but this is only me having fun here so don’t quote me as I don’t actually ‘know’ what she is going to do. However, based on what T-Bone is saying I get the impression she is taking her own direction and perhaps creating her own type of hardcore site. It wouldn’t surprise me if she did this or perhaps expand on her old Lia19 website instead or in addition to it. We could see a ‘Brazzers/MUFIA’ style of content with web episodes and that type of thing. It is one possible direction she could take but it would need directors, camera crews and production staff which she could source from VIVID. Who knows as I am only speculating and I could be way off target with my assumptions but having fun with it nonetheless. If anyone else wants to share their thoughts too then let me know?
I have to admit I kind of like the Cinematic approach to adult movies and wish Lia would make more scripted style films. To date she has only really done two worth mentioning; The Rush and Sex Broker. Although her scenes in the more recent VIVID ‘themed’ DVD’s like ‘Me First’ and ‘Teases & Please’ are OK they kind of lack the build up that a movie style creates and there is far too much POV and staring at the camera etc. I really want her to get away from VIVID’s Gonzo style honestly I do and do something more cinematic and stylish but hardcore obviously. VIVID used to be like that back in the 90’s if I remember rightly but now they simply don’t compare. I have to admit that despite Lia saying ‘Lias’ Life’ was her best I have to say that despite the James Deane Scene it was pretty poor. Recent scenes have been OK but it’s just the same old VIVID stuff recycled.
I hope Lia’s ideas rock I really do and I don’t know how much input she had into VIVID’s production or scripts but I think it would be good to see the dirty stuff that has come directly from her own head. I can’t wait.
