The greater question to me is what they're going to push for now that they got the president they wanted.
Maybe the debt for assistance was already paid by pulling a military aid to Ukraine plank from the RNC platform.
I imagine the economic sanctions will likely vanish too.
I seriously doubt they're going to get their major wet dream of us leaving NATO, but being as Trump put it out there as a possibility...
I sure wouldn't want to live in Ukraine right now.

Here's some things I am sure of based upon experience.

Had Hillary Clinton been elected there wouldn't be a word about this . There wouldn't be a congressional investigation and they definitely wouldn't want to raise the spectre of her private server again.

No CIA report would have been issued.


Trump's language concerning Russia during the campaign was non confrontational I seriously doubt his campaign wanted to start during the convention.

The FBI investigated reports of the RNC being hacked. It never happened and the NYT reported it as fact. Chuck Todd built his whole premise on MTP yesterday that somehow the RNC was hacked but those crafty Russians only released DNC emails.

When Preibus informed him that the RNC
was never hacked he about vapor locked.

ordinarily the plaintiff would have the burden of proof but since a train rider does not know of trains and its technology and safety procedures
the burden of proof that the train was operated safely and had proper maintenance is shifted to the defense.
if the train was operated unsafely the defense could lose.

Kids were not mistreated and the prolonged questioning over a long time made the kids believe they were mis treated.

Tunnels done for other reasons and filled in previously. They found Disneyland bags with dates.
They dug all over and it was a mess- I read it a while ago there was a tunnel supposedly but it was in a place in the front area where is would have caved in if walked over. I think it was originally a diff building

At least one person was in jail; for like 5 years and no conviction occurred.

frankly it went on for ever and I was tired of hearing of it like Watergate.

In another case I think in Chicago a person told me his father was a judge and one day a defendant got loose and I think attacked the bailiff and was disorderly- not sure if he got at someones gun or weapon.

The judge had a loaded gun near him at the bench and shot the defendant dead in open court.

it happened I think in the 70s and was a big deal locally in that community. are you aware of this case

We are still talking negligence. That professor is a crackpot. In cases of gross negligence or criminal negligence the burden of proof is always with the plaintiff.

The burden doesn't shift to the defendant.

What is being called "the tables being turned" is simply a defense of the charges being brought forth.
