Since when has Micheal Moore been a merchant of truth? His 'documentaries' are cleverly commentated so that they leave out points that he knows are true, but would destroy what he wants people watching to believe. Everything has gotten to the point with him that by now few people if anyone take him seriously.

One of the worst things about Moore is that other better more ethical documentary makers will never have people know who they are or have people watch their productions while more gets the attention he does while being as shady as he is.
When he does make a good or valid point once in a while, like here, it makes it hard to take him as seriously for a lot of people. It needs to be said by a more upstanding and trustworthy person.

nowadays,there is the tendency to strategically undermine a person that is making a valid point.focus on the fact that the person is not flawless,thus taking the attention off the message itself.
funny thing:nobody seems to be doing that for people with NO message at all,or with people that support the continuation of several fuck-ups (pollution,religious fanaticism,war etc).

Moore should donate all of his money into alleviating poverty amongst young black youth in dismal areas such as inner-city Detroit, MI; Compton, CA; and Brixton, UK. These are pressing issues that should be dealt with as soon as possible if we are to create an equal society for all.
Back in the 90's he used to have a TV show. I used to watch it almost religiously back then as I was a bit of a lib....then I started noticing things. The best lies are those that have an element of truth in then, and he seemed to be a great liar. I started to notice he'd take some fact and sort of stretch it as much as possible to make it agree to what he was trying to say.
I can't think of a good example right now but one thing I remember is he was trying to show Mexico as a dirt poor country, which even if it is, it was interesting that he showed the crossing into Mexico through a ferry out in the middle of nowhere, when there was a good bridge with all the bells and whistles not even 20 miles away. Anyway, once I started noticing little things like that and started to ask questions about our (liberal) intentions, it was all downhill from there. I'm now firmly planted on the conservative side.

...and you might find more people who agree with him around here, especially since we got people from all over the world who have only seen his documentaries and not heard any rebuttals to them. So as far as they're concerned, what Moore showed is the gospel truth.
Naw bush is getting retconned....And will continue to do so over the coming years until no one remembers what an ass he was.
