And despite that, doing searches for "Lena Dunham naked" comes back with surprisingly few matches. Mostly you get articles talking about the fact she gets naked. Or clips where her naughty bits are blurred out, as part of a gag she did for a talk show.
I only ever found one short clip on one of those tube sites, where she's getting laid, but it's very dark. You can just barely make out her little boobies bouncing.
I'd like to see more. I think she's cute. But not cute enough for me to start paying for HBO.
