I did some research and it seems that Olga Efremova is very common Russian name:

There are many real profiles.
Did you think it could be REAL profile of real fancy lady from Moscow?
Rich and good looking, but not a model?
Posting one image from her car, but since she is not a professional model, that would be all???

I first posted this five years ago, I really don't remember what I expected at the time but what you say makes sense: fancy but not professional model.
The flash reflection on the back of her seat certainly does not look like something a professional photographer would do.
