Shortly after posting this thread I found out who she is. Her name is Emerald Estrada and holy crap is she a very sexy woman. After watching scenes from "Temptation Of Serenity" and "Attitude" she is now one of my permanent favorites. This scene, however comes from "Butt Sisters Do Cleveland". Unfortunately she had a very short career.
