Stories like these amaze me. But I will say I have no idea what she was wearing, but a large busted woman can make a lot of clothes look to sexy for some. Well, considering there are a few federal and probably state rules that disallow some types of discrimination, and a state unemployment agency has to at least know the reason for somebody being let go a company could probably get into trouble after a while if it never gave reasons to anybody for why they fired a person.

If a civil suit is ever brought up, not ever acknowledging anything, can in of itself also seem very suspicious to a jury and make it seem like a company has something to hide.

You are 100% correct --- BUT it has to be the same dress code for everyone, not a different one for large breasted (or large women) from small breasted (or thin women) if it is different than it is and was discrimination. I'm against discrimination (whatever form it takes). But I'm also against people using the legal system to get attention or to get an undeserved pay day. Debrahlee Lorenzana was apparently a poor performer at Citibank, and her appearance was probably the only thing that helped her get and keep her job for as long as she had it. She got a $70K/year banking job in 2008 and got fired for disciplinary reasons and poor performance in 2009. How can anyone respect a woman who admits that she's had multiple plastic surgeries so that she'd have a better chance of snagging a rich husband? By her own words she once said: "That's what I want to be, tits on a stick." Real classy. Citibank was a lot of things, especially in 2008-09. But I don't think they ever sought to be an escort agency. And how much of an attention whore do you have to be to get the Queen of the Attention Whores, Gloria Allred, to drop your case???

On the other hand, despite her choice of the Kosher female version of Al Sharpton as her attorney, Lauren Odes might have a good case. How the hell can you be "too sexy" to work in a lingerie shop... even one owned by Orthodox Jews? If her assertions are true, she should win.
