Late Night HBO Flick From 80's

I can't remember the name of this movie, but it was about a dude who was obsessed with a model/actress/singer/something. He ends up ********** her and keeps her prisoner in the attic of his house, the whole time he's trying to convince her to fall for him (I think she eventually does). Anyway, terrible movie but the actress was pretty hot from what I remember. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
