I think we can all safely assume she has had her boobs enlarged. She wasn't but an 'A' cup - maybe a 'B' cup - to begin with. In those pictures listed in the above link, she looks to have enhanced her size up to a 'C' or even a 'D'... my guess would she's now upwards of a 36C size...
Gotta keep in mind, she's extremely small-framed... maybe 110 lbs at her heaviest. Large boobs (i.e., 36C & above) are going to look extremely disproportionate on her body.
As far as that crease in her right boob... I would also speculate that it is the implant. The way that she's standing - and the fact that it's a saline/silicone bag - only enhances the crease/fold in her boobs.
I, for one, was happy with the way she looked before. She was hot. But, big tits are where it's at... a porn actress can't make money if she's got small tits. That's why there are so many implants in the business.

Sometimes it's a personal choice based upon their experiences... other times it's at the request of the studio (especially for those just starting out)
Case in point: Seymore Butts' former employee-turned-pornstar Mari Possa. She was all natural when she started out. Now that she's gained prominence and has a chance to make more money and obtain better name recognition.... she's opted to enlarge her breasts.
It's all about the $$$$.

Breast augmentation can be a good move for some women, but for others, it looks ridiculous and pathetic. Someone mentioned Chloe Jones. Classic example of a TERRIBLE investment/choice. Her surgeon should be sued into bankruptcy. He ruined her image. Another case is Crissy Moran. TERRIBLE boob job. They look like fucking teardrops. Ridiculous.
Everyone has their preferences. Some prefer large and natural, or small and natural, or big and fake, or huge and fake, huge and natural, etc. Whatever the case may be, there's no doubting that an OBVIOUSLY bad breast job can RUIN a career. It makes the model/star look absurd. Same thing goes for bad lip jobs...those are fucking ridiculous looking!!! They look like worms under the skin...ewwww

I vaguely remember what Kobe looked like when she started, and I coulda sworn she was practically flat-chested... so I'm inclined to believe that even those A's were implants. :dunno:
As for Kobe's weight, it'd be interesting to see her at 110, because in all of the movies I've seen her she looked well below 100. I wouldn't call KT my "type," she's a bit gaunt by my tastes, but she was a hella performer, and that alone made her a fav of mine back in the day.

She's very small and petite... practically the very reason why she's so acrobatic. I was including that in there for context so that people could understand just how HUGE a 36C cup or larger would appear on her small frame.
