That is a pretty dramatic reduction. Good for her, though, if it makes her feel better about herself physically and improves her self-image. It's not like she was showing them off, anyway, which is the real tragedy here.

If I could remember I would be happy to help.
At the moment, though, I am on my back in bed ill, & "researching" (heh-heh) the www to keep my mind occupied. I have browsed so many sites in the last few days (thousands) & can't hope to remember where I stumbled upon the Kleio pics.
