That is so funny for a few reasons.

First, there's no way to authenticate whether that x-ray is her or not.

Second, the fat injections you can get to make your ass bigger would not show up on an x-ray.

Also, it's funny that she didn't x-ray her boobs which, like her ass, has gotten bigger since she's been in the public eye and which she also continues to claim are real.
