KFC or Popeye's: Which Do You Like Better?

kfc sometimes tastes good when you eat it but an hour later you will be dropping the cosby kids off at the pool in an urgent way. that shit is disgusting might as well drink straight cooking grease and be done with it. popeyes is somewhat better but i dont eat there unless i have to. chick fil a is fucking disgusting in every way. every time i have eaten there i have thrown 75% of my food away because it was too gross to eat. i will stick with a steakhouse or italian food.

KFC was busted for using chickens so modified that they didn't have feet or beaks. there was a period when an investigation was required to prove that the things they were selling as chicken were actually chickens. I don't know about popeye's but when I saw that it scared the shit out of me. next time you get KFC look at how brittle and tiny the bones are in the legs. I wouldn't eat that shit if you paid me.

My mums one and only time in KFC around 10 years ago. Her chicken burger had two feathers in it. I just avoid fast food at all costs as essentially you are eating shit pure and total shit.

I was in Barcelona and snapped this photo...the KFC was filled with American tourists. While I give them credit for actually traveling outside the US I think it's sickening that they would go all the way to a country with such incredible cuisine and eat fucking KFC. Same goes for the McDonalds in Paris...filled with Americans.

My one and only time in Barcelona was about 3 years ago on a work trip. I was invited out to a great tapas restaurant. Baby octopus, russian roulette chillis, garlic prawns etc. It was fantastic. Not a fucking chicken burger in sight!

Never heard of Popeyes before.

Though when it comes to chicken etc, I prefer Nando's (I'm pretty sure most Americans don't even know what that is).

I love KFC, shamelessly and wantonly. The Colonel's variety combo is like sex to me.

Nando's is OK but once you've had good, authentic chicken Piri Piri in Portugal, it loses its appeal.

The food in Spain is incredible. A meal of tapas with friends is 1 of life's great joys to be experienced. they have great wines as well. Anyone who says spain doesn't have incredible cuisine either doesnt know food or has never been there. Or is just being a contrarian.

I went with KFC only because I've never been to a Popeye's, and Bojangles was not listed. That new Colonel Sanders in the commercials . . . He scares the shit out of me.

Personally, I think the food at Popeye's tastes better and is of higher quality. HOWEVER, I grew up on KFC and find it's sub-par food to be extremely comforting and enjoyable.
