I've never seen Clerks 2 or Jersey Girl,but for my money,nothing beats Mallrats.I can't even tell you how many times I've seen it,but there was a time I could pretty much recite the entire movie almost line for line.I think it has the best replay value of any of his movies.
Clerks was pretty good too,but I didn't really care for Chasing Amy or Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back.While they had their moments (not a shared monent*Chasing Amy reference if you got it
*),I just don't think they hold up on repeat viewing like Mallrats does.
