Okay just some news I learned about karen from Karenloveskate.com she has a boob-job thats why maybe that site hasnt been upated in a while..here are some pictures...they look worse IMO..this is what she has to say about them

"well the reason behind it all was to make myself happy. not to get more members or more looks. but to feel better about myself. i use to be much bigger before and my boobs were too lol. after loosing the baby fat hehe... i lost my boobs as well i am much happier with myself and when trying on new outfits for shoots i dont get upset like before. u have no idea how much better i feel about myself.... so i guess thats why im sorry to those of u who dont understand but maybe this will help. its not like i went much bigger and the doc did a great job i think. he just made THEM full and ME very happy"

"oh hell yeah hahahah. do u think i liked the way they looked in that set lol. NO! i just wanted to say happy 4th lol they look great now. i rub them all the time and put lotion on the scars. i think in those pics u saw how one was falling into place faster then the other. i guess the doc said that will happen and to wait for both of them to drop before shooting pics cause they will look funny. i just couldnt wait to get back to work. i should have waited"

she was definately hot with her small boobs, these fakes sounds wrong on her.
I think the best way to correct this mistake would be to make them even bigger, imho big fake boobs looks better than small fake ones
