Not really. That set is on her site without the stars. All the stars are covering are her hands and fingers blocking all visual. The stars are a tease to get people to think she is showing something shes not. FALSE ADVERTISING is lawsuit worthy.

The point is her clothes are off... and are readily available else where... I don't think you completely understood what he meant by false advertising. Those stars are misleading. Whether it would be a legit case in a court of law is however questionable.

I don't think a lawsuit against Kari would work because it still says "this site contains no nudity" on her front page. That tells us that there's nothing under the stars.

I think all of the pics with the stars have come from fanhole.com. If fanhole put the stars on the pics then I wonder if that is lawsuit worthy. Even if it was Kari's site that added the stars, I don't think it would be *******, but it's a really dumb and deceitful thing to do.
