Blimey! Why so pissed off? It's a business. She's a business woman. Business scam ordinary folk out of money for shoddy goods. It doesn't say anywhere when you buy and iPod that you can't download tunes unles its through iTunes, but you can't. Gonna go and be abusive at them as well?
