If Jess is the blond with the tattoos then I agree that she is better put together then Kari. She has a better body and a more Hollywood-type face.

I think Kari is prettier though. And has a better on screen personality.

Jess is an intern who has only made brief appearances. You might remember her from the episode where Adam threw up in the water tank. She was very close to him.
