Kadia Saraf was born in Bern, Switzerland to ****** Bosar, a Jazz musician of Yemeni-Israeli descent and Swiss ****** Verena, a humanitarian. Her background in performance and her love for the arts inspired her to pursue a career in acting and filmmaking. Kadia wrote, produced and directed her first play "The GivingTree" at the young age of 16, the same year she was cast as the lead in two theatre productions in Switzerland and won several local talent competitions. Her passion took her to Israel where she was cast in a musical production, which went on to receive rave reviews and awards. In the same year she also won the Skornik Israeli Combat national championship. In 2004 she moved to New York and later graduated from the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, and continued to trained with some of the industry's most prominent teachers. Kadia appeared on several TV shows and films.

Kadia volunteered as a Medic and Ambulance driver for MDA in Israel and describes it as one of the most rewarding experiences she has ever had.
In 2009 Kadia completed her yoga teacher training at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC and shortly after has made the decision to become vegan and has never looked back.
