Can we implement a simple "skip to the top of the page" and "skip to the bottom of the page" facility? On very long pages its a bit of a pain to scroll up and down quickly.
Just so I understand this: if we rep someone and their name appears on the list we can't rep them again, but once it disappears we can rep? Is that how it works?
