Are join dates necessary?
Getting rid of them is kind of a nice idea as it works toward getting rid of the whole newbie stigma and puts an emphasis on the quality of the post... I dunno - just an observation.... I joined up in 2004 but my negligent ass was never here so I guess I'm a newbie too...
