that doesn't make any sense. the entire system of government could be brought to a standstill by a single person, and they could just boycott the election whenever they didn't want to see an issue get ******. nothing would ever get accomplished. Other than in a consensus issue where it is required for all parties to unanimously agree for an issue to get ******, there as never been a system based on majority votes that worked that way. there doesn't need to be since it's just based on the total number of people that voted, not on all possible people that could have. as long as three people show up to vote (in a choice of two options), then you will have achieved the process.

I am the exact opposite. If I am dating a woman, I STRONGLY want to see her parents. I want to know whether my girlfriend will 'age' well or not.
