Sometimes. It's not something that everyone really sees as a mark of a Cuckoldress or Hotwife. Ankle bracelets are really popular nowadays. Lots of women are wearing them.
Plus, there's some confusion as to the left or right ankle. I've been wearing them on my right. Just a person's preference, and if it's special to the couple then that is a good reason to wear it.
