I see that tttboy already responded but I asked a guy at work like I said I would and here's what he said.

"What it says (roughly) is that these five women worked in a massage parlor and were under investigation for having sex with customers for extra money after the standard massage. Consequently, they were all fired."

He said that kind of thing actually happens all the time in Roppongi and some of the busier sections of Tokyo.

I've search through DMM Adult (japanese porn video site) and they don't provide any information about the actress in the movie. They are probably amateurs indeed.
