I viewed the movie "Running Scared" the other day and saw Ashleys dancing role in it. She looked gorgeous but, it was very brief. I am surprised that she does not appear anywhere in the credits......Strange

Not especially, they quite often just hire models as extras & pay them a flat fee- unless they have a speaking role they will probably not get a credit. Also sometimes mainstream stars do uncredited cameos- for whatever reason they do not get any mention.
