Every doctor will try to 'upsell' you on 'normal' nipples if they do a reduction.
Are they more circular and generic? Yes. Boring, IMO. Why be like everyone else?
But what really gets me is the doctor who actually believes in symmetry, generic shape and a bigger paycheck because they preyed on the clients. /grumble
