Neither, he's an asshole.
I honestly don't care that he's risking his life/health, its his to risk and if this is what he loves to do, what better way to risk it. My problem is that he's putting other people in danger. He's purposely being a distraction on a fucking highway...and, if he fucked up and and crashed, he could cause others to have accidents.
So, when you risk your life and extend that risk to others, you're a douche bag asshole. I hope somebody steals his motorcycle when he goes shopping for a new pair of mandals.
