Is Rap Music THIS Profitable?

Yes but does a car like that love you back?

I don't see what the problem is. If someone has the money, let them buy whatever they want with it. I've never understood why people get bent out of shape when rich people do what ever they want with their money.

I don't care how much money someone has. $2.1m dollars is a ridiculous amount of money to spend on a car. It just isn't smart.

If this is the kind of news story they're promoting then I guess the real question here is: why do you frequent thisis50.com?

Rampant overblown materialism to the degree of idiocy, in hip hop? No, seriously? Well I never! I. Am. Shocked. SHOCKED!!

 That is insane, 2.1 million! More power too him, he has the cash.

I don't understand why you guys are so shocked. This guy is a multi-millionaire and continues to make money from all the other shit he's involved in.

If I had that kind of money I can't see myself buying a $2.1 million dollar vehicle. Especially since I could, or likely, never be able to go that fast. It is just materialism to the extreme. It is spending like this that should keep the economy going. Right?

Fucking exactly!

A goddamn rapper trying to show how rich he is.
Oh, yeah that's refreshing. That's about as original as their songs.
(Obviously not enough people are stealing their music instead of paying for it)
Whenever I see a rapper spending their money so hastily, I take comfort in remembering M.C. Hammer.

People are fucking stupid and easily impressed. They buy into the most materialistic things they have shoved in their faces. If it's popular, turn off your brain and jump right on. The self-absorbed, money-money-money, look-at-me mindset of the 80's has been back for a while now.

lol don't hate on the *****. if you read the article and remembered his name then the publicity stunt worked tada. he will have about 2mil worth of free advertising from all the haters worldwide and net himself a free bugatti

Damn i wanna rep you for this but i can't at the moment.

If this is how he's choosing to spend his money, I'm going to go ahead and bet he'll have serious money trouble within a couple of years.

Nice car, though. I'd take a spin.

Remember when M.C. Hammer used to throw money around? It didn't turn out to be such a smart thing. Success can be fleeting and so can the money that goes along with it. it's better to secure your future for the rest of your life while you can instead of playing with toys.
