Just like Rita Faltoyano.Her surname sounds Italian but she's Hungarian too.I don't think there are many Italian pornstars.Especially if you compare in numbers wise to the Czech Republic and Hungary.

Now that depends on what your idea of a pornstar is. As some even say that Erica Campbell is a pornstar. Personally to me she is a model. I've even heard people call page3/glamour models pornstars. Alot of them have never done more than topless. So it depends on your definition of a pornstar. To you she just a costume model, to some others a pornstar.
Maria Bellucci is definitely NOT Italian. She just has a madeup name like probably 99% of porn stars. Hungarian girls think that Italy is a very exotic place, so I guess a lot of porn stars choose Italian sounding names. The other popular type of names are American/Hollywood sounding ones. Trust me, I have heard Maria Bellucci speaking Hungarian in some videos, and she definitely isn't Italian.
