Personalities, talent and value to society aside (meaning, I'm not hating on Kim for being a reality TV attention whore and basically nothing else), I think Kim is a physically attractive girl - relatively speaking. But without her war paint on, she's not really all that. She's still reasonably attractive, but she's one of those girls who looks TOTALLY different with and without make up.

One thing I learned about women a LONG time ago: those who feel the need to wear lots of makeup (almost all the time) usually have more than a few "issues". When I see lots of/too much makeup on a girl, I figure that she's hiding something. And no matter who they are, the longer they wear lots of makeup, the sooner their skin will start to show the side effects. 15-20 years of having chemical products on your face... well, it ain't pretty.

But some women have to wear makeup for their jobs (models, actresses, etc.), yet still have a solid, natural beauty when they take it off:

I have watch bits & pieces of some reality shows because of the women I've dated. So in interviews and her show, we have seen a glimpse of what Kim is about. I've watched a few interviews with Monica and I really can't tell what her personality is like.
