Is Sven even a name popular in Finland? If not, would calling a Finn Sven be fighting words? Please advise
That is a traditional Swedish or Danish male name.
The Swedes and Danish think that the Finns are savages and we think that they are gay.
Both parties are right.

I had a professor named Adolph. He went by Dolph. Now that I think of it, am not sure if he spelled it it Adolph or Adolf. It is probably like in Germany, kids extremely rarely get the first name "Adolf" anymore. In the former German Democratic Republic, names like Kevin, Mandy, Cindy, Steven, etc were and are extremely popular. So much that when you meet a Mandy these days in a bar you don't need to ask where she's from.
Perkele !!!

So he is basically calling Finnish as a gay. I'd guess that being called as Sven can be quite racist to both Finnish and all homosexual men globally.

But how do you explain this Assari? They are rumored to be very stereotypical pale white Finnish savages, but even this music sound bit disturbing...
