Is Adam Sandler as funny as Eddie Murphy in his prime?

Hell no! In his prime, Eddie Murphy was one of the funniest mofos on the planet. In his prime... uh wait, Adam Sandler has never had a prime - especially not doing stand-up. Murphy was the king of stand-up when he was younger. Watching Sandler do stand-up was almost as entertaining as watching Carrot Top.

But I did like Sandler as Colin Quinn's idiot ******, Stickpin Quinn, on the classic MTV game show, Remote Control. They didn't let him do very much on that, so he didn't get on my nerves as much back then. Now he seems to pop up in every rom-com that comes out and I can't stand him.

Poking oneself in the eye with a sharp stick is more enjoyable than watching one of Adam Sandler´s "comedies". So, no, he´s not funnier than Eddie Murphy.

stand up comedy wide, Eddie owns him. Movie wise, Eddie sucks Sandlers dick. There are maybe three to four actually good movies Eddie stars in.
