Has anyone ever done this?

I'm thinking about going through an internal cleansing program, but I wanted to see if anyone had ever done it before so I could get some honest advice and input.

Looking at different websites, all you see is fake "customer remarks", so I was hoping to get some real remarks.

I don't have the healthiest lifestyle and I feel "dirty" inside because of it. I'm not one of those people that buys into the hype of certain things, but I'm honestly intrigued by this. I know some people who have gone through some internal cleansing rituals and they all rave about it. But, they go through weird ones, like that lemon juice and cayenne program.

I'm interested in either taking pills or drinking some sort of mix.

Any advice, to help me clean my pooper?

Lotsa fiber, then lotsa protein. A strong multivitamin regimen for a week, then a week of staying very well-hydrated. If you ever, ever feel thirsty.. ya know it's already too late, right? So do yourself a favor and just judge it by what you're eating, how much you're exerting.. how much you piss. Drink, drink, drink. Your energy level will skyrocket and you'll feel slightly more awake after it all. Which.. truth be told.. is the perfect time to start doing jaegerbombs and get back to the starting point. It's too expensive and time-consuming to be healthy, dammit!
 
a friend of mine took one of the drink mixes before his rcmp tests and he lost almost 10 pounds and said he felt incredible after. maintaining it is a bitch though. and it makes you have some seriously brutal shits.
 
Cut out the booze for a week or two, no processed meats or carbs, go vegetarian for a couple of weeks if you can, a daily multivitamin, omega 3 supplementation, stay well hydrated, get enough sleep, exercise, exercise, exercise.
 
My parents have a gym and have been licensed fitness instructors for about 20 yrs so I've learned a thing or two growing up. Those internal cleaning programs might make you feel good for a day or two but what you need to do is get into a a daily schedule of waking up and going to bed @ a certain time. Get enough sleep, exercise, eat lots of fibers, fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water, eat fish at least once a week and maybe supplement it with multivitamin tablets. And also stop using margirine for baking things and olive oil.
 
If you really want to do it I would just eat a healthy diet with a sufficient amount of fiber in it. Eating right and exercising goes a long ways.
 
.......would love to do this but I hate to think of how much "stink" I'd leave behind at the workplace comode.........:D
 
I have a "crazy" friend that recently decided to go off her psychiatric meds and take some of that super-system cleanser stuff. I dunno, she seems to be about the same to me.
 
CCI your pooper is dirty because you've been shitting out of it for 27 years. It's a natural condition. Don't mess with mother nature's flora and fauna or you'll be sorry. :eek:

AVOCADOS....thats all you need.

try to find the large, smooth, green oval ,mango sized ones, not the little dark green round ones, but they will work too.

they gotta be real soft before you eat them.

put that in your diet on a regular basis ( eat about half of one) and you be clean as a ........whistle?

It seems that avocados have a natural fat that just helps your body process food better.
especially useful in the US where everything is loaded with corn syrup and preservatives.
