European Union Parliament voted not to ratify ACTA. So, Europeans can celebrate. We, in the US, continue under the current dictatorship. So, there will be "three strikes out" policy being implemented by our ISPs and so on, so forth.
Better way to stay alive is to use European servers for our sites, and use European VPN proxies to navigate the Internet. Or servers and proxies located in some other free place, like Brazil, or Argentina, or some place in Asia.
Well, at least they are not asking for our papers when we want to do interstate travel, like they used to do in Soviet Union. Oh, Wait! Damn...
